LEV8R is an American band based in Washington, DC. The members are Victoria Villalobos and Tom Townsend.

The 10 stories on LEV8R's self-produced second album, EVOLVR, are about finding beauty and possibility in chaotic times. EVOLVR begins and ends with the mantra, "Don't quit, don't cry. Evolve or die", which serves as a reminder that change can be embraced or rejected, but it cannot be stopped. On EVOLVR, the vibe is socially aware and inclusive. The sound is dynamic and accessible. The message is heartfelt, provocative and... evolved.

On their debut album, NSOMNIAC, LEV8R created twelve distinct and deeply personal songs about love, loss and life as an adult. Set over the course of one sleepless night, NSOMNIAC's nocturnal soundscapes capture a snapshot of how perspectives can shift late at night, when one is alone and desperate for sleep.
